Please note that ESAVS considers the participants themselves as the contractual partners, and not their employers. Therefore, if their employer covers the costs of the tuition fee, the participant must ensure that payment is received by ESAVS on time.

For proper invoices (payment terms between ESAVS and the companies below), please provide to ESAVS the following information:

Please note that there are no special agreements between ESAVS and those companies. The question is only used to create collective invoices and to avoid participants losing their place in the course if their employer pays late. Please always respond to payment reminders and check with your employer that the invoice has been paid! ESAVS cannot guarantee a place if payment is late.

If no payment is received and matched with this order within 10 working days, your booking will be automatically deleted without further notice.
